The nature of blogging.

Creating a successful Social Media site is not easy when you do not have a plan for doing it. It requires time, people, creativity and interesting topics.

Today I want to go inside the nature of a blog and how can you use it for the benefit of the readers and your own.

How easy is for you to write something that sounds as normal as when you talk to people in the most natural way?

The essence of a blog is freedom, this is one of the purposes people write blogs and love blogging. To be natural and not technical, you can notice the difference between a blog and an article.

Somehow you find blogs friendly and at the time you read it you feel the writing interesting and fun, never boring.

However, what about when somebody wants to teach something through a blog? The feeling is like being in the classroom, isn’t it? It is not like when you read your physics book. All in all, it is probable that people could find the information not as reliable as in an encyclopedia; nevertheless, the background of the blogger and what happens inside the blog will always tells you a lot.

The participation of users is crucial to bring your blog alive, so it is important to find the way to attract people to your blog. Some websites are well visited either for the nature of the content or the efficiency of an intelligent Social Media strategy.

Blogs and businesses.

Going through the evolution of Social Media an in this case blogs, we arrive to the part where blogs and businesses merged and the connection is worth it for both parts. Customers can read blogs related with products, company changes and so on. At the same time, they can make comments, complaints, suggestions and whatever they want to write, they deserve it.

On the other hand we have the businesses, they can write information to communicate to their customers what is happening inside the company and outside with the products. Companies can read every comment and learn about the customer experience and it is inexpensive, it’s trustful and it’s real.
Obviously you probably need to make a filter for those who only want to disturb but even that, you can learn and discover how good you are for the people who believe in you, star believing in you or definitely stop have stopped doing it.

What is more, is to try to be a friendly company. You can write recommendations about how to use the products you sell or tips for having a better use on them. People are expecting to see human companies and not only machines for making money. Be natural and show that your company is alive and has the sensibility to listen to their customers, to support complaints and accept them and answer in the most responsible way, it means actions.

Always is a good timing to start taking actions for showing to the public that you care of what they say and they buy.
