Using an advanced search tool, messages can be sent to individual friends or to a group of people, without having to re-write the same mail all over again.
To avoid spamming in your network a Captcha support can be integrated. A Captcha is a coded picture with a series of letters and numbers that the user has to type into a default field in order to send a message.
This tool prevents computer generated messages to be sent out to your users.
Moreover, the attachment tool is very user-friendly because it enables users to add files or any media quickly and effortless.
To keep their inbox clear, users can create custom folders.

Instant Messenger

This feature which is hooked onto the footerbar allows a real-time communication between your users.
It marks an efficient and effective way to communicate allowing an immediate response and acknowledgement.
And because it is fully integrated into your sites footerbar, members can visit any site while using your Instant Messenger (IM) and talk to friends who are online.
When a user wants to use the IM but doesn't want to be marked as "Online" on his/her friends' lists, the status can be set as "Appear Offline".

Bulletins
Share notes with your friends and other members!
Bulletins are short messages that can be commented on publicly or the user responds to a bulletin in a private message.
Videos, music songs or photos can be attached to such bulletins.
Moreover users are able to decide if they want to allow comments on a bulletin entry or if they want to varify them before they are displayed.

Shoutbox
Let your community know what you're up to!
A shoutbox gives your users the opportunity to share something, for example what they are currently working on, with their community right off the bat! It works like a mini chat room.
By sending a short message via shoutbox, it'll appear on each online user's main page.
To shorten a shout and give it more of a personal touch, users can add Emoticons, which are small images expressing the writer's mood or facial expression.
Since our Shoutbox is AJAX powered, new messages will appear right away without having to refresh the browser.
As network owner you can control from your AdminCP in which frequency a user can send messages to prevent spam as well as you decide on the wordwrap which helps keeping the shoutbox in one size.
