Our Administration Control Panel (AdminCP) provides you as network administrator with a wide variety of tools and devices to manage and control your social network community effectively.
The AdminCP keeps you up-to-date with the activities in your community and helps prevent misuse or undesired user activity.
Furthermore, it allows you to quickly make changes to the setup, looks or group management without having to know any programming language.
In order to relieve one administrator from doing all the work, he/she can appoint more administrators or so-called Staff that he/she can provide with particular rights and duties.

CMS
The core of your community
Our product is based on a Content Management System (CMS) which allows users with little or no experience in programming or designing to manage their website. Content can easily be modified and updated in a browser.

Within your AdminCP you’ll find the CMS manager that allows you to manage blocks, pages and menus.
Page: you can easily create new pages with own meta keywords and descriptions and a custom SEO URL (Search Engine Optimization URL).
Block: by default we provide 10 locations on a page for blocks. Blocks can be added and edited easily, so you can create custom pages for certain user groups.
Menu: to each parent menu you can add child menus. By default we provide 5 locations for menus.

User Group Management
Management has never been this easy!
The “User Group Management” feature enables you to assign each group with certain rights. For example you can allow a certain group to post blogs and comment on other users’ activity while they’ve limited access to the Marketplace or Forums.
You can create as many user groups as you want and edit up to 330 settings, which allow you to control feature access like video uploads or commentary.
Our inbuilt Point System you can award your users for activity in your community. This will increase the number of returns to your page and make it more attractive for potential users.
The Point System is customizable, so you can decide which user groups get how many points for inviting new members or posting a blog.

Custom Fields
Set the requirements for registration
From your AdminCP you can create and edit custom fields for your users. Adding a custom group to each custom field will make it easier for users to edit these fields.
If you want a custom field to be a requirement, for example when new users sign up for your community, you can set that the data field requires a value.
To change the value for a custom field, your users can edit them in the “Edit Profile” section or directly on the “Profile” page.
We offer custom fields with small (255 characters max) or large text area or you can select a customized size.

Theme Management
Change your looks
You can change the entire look of your community from the AdminCP by editing HTML templates or by changing the logo or the CSS (Cascading Style Sheets) of your site.
When changing the Theme of your site, you can change the structure and basic layout. Themes are made off HTML template files which can be easily replaced and therefore give your community a completely new and unique look.'

Each Theme can have various Styles which modify fonts, color and font size.
Themes and Styles can also be imported or exported. If you want to create your own theme or style, you can do this directly from the theme manager.

Multilingual
Make it global!
Our default language package is English, but you can create your own package and translate it into a language you like.
You can also download language packages and import them.
You can set if your users shall be enabled to use your language packages publicly.
